Introduction
To make sure EcoSphere rewards are fair, users need to show proof of their eco-friendly actions. This guide explains the different ways you can provide proof so your EcoPoints are added correctly.
Instructions to Prove Your Eco Actions
Step 1: Use Photo Uploads
Open the challenge you are completing.
Tap “Upload Proof” and take a clear photo.
Example: A picture of you carrying a reusable bag, cycling to work, or refilling a water bottle.
? Tip: Make sure the photo clearly shows the eco action. Blurry or unclear photos may be rejected.
Step 2: Connect Your Apps or Devices
Go to Settings → Integrations in the EcoSphere app.
Link transport apps (like bus or metro passes), shopping apps, or smart home devices.
Once connected, EcoSphere will automatically track and verify actions (like train rides or reduced electricity use).
? Note: You only need to connect once — EcoSphere will sync data automatically after that.
Step 3: Upload Bills or Receipts
If you saved energy or bought eco-friendly products, you can upload your monthly bill or receipt.
Tap “Upload Bill/Receipt” in the challenge section.
EcoSphere compares it with your past usage to calculate savings.
⚠️ Important: Make sure the bill/receipt is recent (within the current challenge period).
